Viblink is built on trust. Our core product is verified human identity — so protecting your privacy isn't just a legal requirement, it's fundamental to everything we do. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, video for verification), information automatically collected when you use Viblink (usage data, device information), and information from third parties (payment processors like Razorpay). We do not sell your personal data.
We use your information to provide and improve Viblink services, verify your identity as a human user, process payments and payouts, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We never use your data for advertising targeting.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Verification videos are deleted within 30 days of verification. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
We share data only with: payment processors (Razorpay), cloud storage providers (Cloudflare R2), and analytics tools — all under strict data processing agreements. We do not share your fan list or personal data with brands without explicit consent.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your fan list at any time. For data requests, contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), regular security audits, and strict access controls. Your verification video is processed in a secure environment and never stored permanently.
