These Terms of Service govern your use of Viblink. We've written them to be clear and fair — creator-first, not legalese-first.
By accessing Viblink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use Viblink. These terms apply to all users worldwide — creators, fans, and brands.
You must be 18+ to use Viblink. By registering, you confirm you are a real human person (not a bot, not representing a fictitious identity). Our AI verification system enforces this — false verification attempts will result in permanent bans.
Creators are responsible for their content. You may not post: illegal content, content violating third-party intellectual property, sexually explicit content (unless explicitly permitted), misleading or fraudulent content, or content targeting minors.
Fan subscription revenue: Viblink takes 10%, you keep 90%. VibTips: Viblink takes 5%. VibLive: Viblink takes 15%. Brand marketplace: Viblink takes 20%. Payouts are processed weekly via Razorpay, Stripe, or Wise depending on your region. Viblink is not responsible for tax obligations arising from your creator income.
You own your content. By posting on Viblink, you grant Viblink a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You may delete your content at any time. Your fan list data remains yours — you can export it whenever you want.
You may cancel your Viblink account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Viblink does not charge creators a subscription fee, so there is no recurring payment to cancel. Upon account closure, creators receive final payouts for any pending cleared earnings within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Creators receive a warning for first violations unless the violation is severe.
Viblink does not offer refunds on fan subscription payments, as these are direct creator-to-fan transactions. If a creator's account is terminated by Viblink for policy violations, affected fans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the current billing period. For refund disputes, contact [email protected] within 14 days.
Viblink is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for lost revenue due to downtime, technical issues, or algorithmic changes. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. For users in the European Union, EU consumer protection law applies. For users in other regions, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. Viblink is committed to resolving disputes fairly for all global users.
